PLEASE READ THIS TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY, AS IT CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.

The following Terms of Service are a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single legal entity) and Intercorp Security ltd.
By clicking on the “I agree” button, completing the registration process, and/or using the Sites or Service in any manner, including but not limited to visiting or browsing the Sites, you represent that you have read, understand, acknowledge, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, you are of legal age to form a binding contract with the company, and you have the authority to enter into this Agreement personally or on behalf of the company you have named as the customer, and to bind that company to these terms.
By accessing the website at https://www.intercorpsecurity.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Customer Account and Registration

By registering as a user, you are required to create an Account and receive or establish a password which can be used by you or your employees and authorized personnel to use the service on your behalf.
In registering for the Service of Intercorp Security you agree to provide true, accurate and current complete information about yourself as prompted during the registration process (registration form) and to maintain the said data true, accurate, current and complete.

If during the registration process you submit data that is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete or if Intercorp Security has a reasonable ground to suspect that such info submitted is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete.
The Company has the right to suspend or terminate your account and to refuse any or all use of the services. You are responsible for all the activities that occur under your account and password. You agree to notify Intercorp Security in case there is a breach of your account or your details have been compromised. You also agree that you are responsible for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account details.

Electronic Communications

When visiting the Intercorp Security Site or send an e-mail to us or any form of electronic communication you have with the Company. You consent to receive communication from us electronically.

Description of Service

We provide website security scanning and detection of website malware and threats. The service offers a range of tools to aid websites after a breach and increase the security of a site.

• Website malware scanner
• Website malware removal
• Website Blacklist removal
• DNS (Domain Name Services) Monitoring for integrity and detect tampering of said records
• SSL (Secure Sockets layer) Monitoring for integrity and detect tampering of said records
• Website uptime monitor

Fees and Payment

You are responsible the payment of the service subscription fee at the time you create your account and select the annual package of your choice. All fees are billed to the credit card or PayPal account you asigned during the registration process.

Auto-Renewal

In order to preserve your websites security service provided by Intercorp Security and not to cause an interruption or loss of service. All services are billed annually and automatically renewed every year upon the expiration date of the current term of the service. Each service period is yearly (365 days).

Unless you disable the automatic renewal option or notify us that you wish to do so. We will automatically renew the subscription service on the expiration date. When cancelling the automatic renewal service your service will be available until the service expiration date.

Limited Warranty

If at any time during the service term that your subscription is active you request a website malware removal request, Intercorp Security will use all its resources and manpower efforts in order to clean the infected website.
In the event that We (Intercorp Security) are unable to do so for any reason, can not clean the infected website. We will provide you with a full refund of your annual fee that you paid for your website malware removal service.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPANY, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND ALL THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS, BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING ANY THAT MAY RESULT FROM (I) THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR CONTENT OF THIS SITE, (II) THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR CONTENT OF ANY SITES LINKED (THROUGH HYPERLINKS, BANNER ADVERTISING OR OTHERWISE) TO THIS SITE, (III) THE SERVICES FOUND AT THIS SITE OR ANY SITES LINKED (THROUGH HYPERLINKS, BANNER ADVERTISING OR OTHERWISE) TO THIS SITE, (IV) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, (V) THIRD-PARTY CONDUCT OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, (VI) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL CONTENT, PERSONAL INFORMATION, FINANCIAL INFORMATION OR OTHER INFORMATION AND DATA STORED THEREIN, (VII) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF SERVICES TO OR FROM THIS SITE OR ANY SITES LINKED (THROUGH HYPERLINKS, BANNER ADVERTISING OR OTHERWISE) TO THIS SITE, (VIII) ANY VIRUSES, WORMS, BUGS, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE, WHICH MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR FROM THIS SITE OR ANY SITES LINKED (THROUGH HYPERLINKS, BANNER ADVERTISING OR OTHERWISE) TO THIS SITE, (IX) ANY USER CONTENT OR CONTENT THAT IS DEFAMATORY, HARASSING, ABUSIVE, HARMFUL TO MINORS OR ANY PROTECTED CLASS, PORNOGRAPHIC, “X-RATED”, OBSCENE OR OTHERWISE OBJECTIONABLE, AND/OR (X) ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF THIS SITE OR THE SERVICES FOUND AT THIS SITE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT COMPANY IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
